RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return your new, unopened and unused item(s) to Kollections for a full refund within 10 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs will be taken out of your refund amount.
For a return shipping label, e-mail info@skinkollections.com with your order number and "RETURN" in the subject line and the product(s) you would like to return as well as the reason for your return in the body.
Only the items specified in the original return request received and confirmed by Kollections, will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.
Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return, minus shipping costs. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. Sale items, promotional items, and masks are final sale.
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to post back to your account.
Site-wide promotional sales, limited timed deals, are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
